Hours: 21 per week
Project funded for 1 year
Flexible office and home based
The Engagement Officer will coordinate the Charity’s engagement programme with clients to explore the impact of COVID 19 on their wellbeing and what interventions and solutions they feel would make them more resilient in the future. They will work with partners to facilitate solutions and will gather data and evidence to support the development of future services.
Age Connects vision is to live in a society where older people are respected and enabled to meet their aspirations. We put people at the centre of what we do, understanding their needs, creating a relationship of trust based on communicating effectively and delivering on our promises in a professional way.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills to join our team. They will have an empathy with older people and an ability to build trusting relationships and encourage and motivate self and others. A background in community development would be helpful but not essential.
