The Care Home Advocacy Project provides support for people with dementia and/or cognitive impairment living in a care home setting in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. We are looking to recruit the following posts.

 

INDEPENDENT ADVOCATE - 14 hours per week covering Cardiff - Salary £7,863

 

The role will assist older people who are referred to the service to exercise their rights, voice and control so an understanding of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act, including part 10, Code of Practice, is required.

 

(Maternity cover until end September 2018)

 

The post is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Check.
