Memory and Wellbeing Café – Occupational Therapy Advice Drop-Ins

Every Wednesday at the Age Connects Community Café, Barry

We’re proud to host free Occupational Therapy (OT) advice drop-ins in partnership with CwmpasOT CIC - offering practical, person-centred support for people living with dementia and their carers.

Savanna and Lauren, qualified Occupational Therapists, are here to chat informally and offer advice on:

• Falls prevention & mobility
• Memory & orientation support
• Daily activities like cooking, dressing & personal care
• Sleep, communication & engagement
• Carer wellbeing & home adaptations

When to Drop In

• 10:30am–12pm: Join the dementia-friendly activity and stay for a chat
• 12pm–3pm: Pop in just for OT advice, no need to attend the activity
