Salary: £22,790 per annum plus 35 days holiday
Term: Permanent/Part time
Location: Home Based with a minimum of two days in the Barry office
Age Connects Cardiff & the Vale’s Good Neighbour Scheme supports isolated older people to stay living independently in their own homes and communities. We are looking for a manager to manage and promote the scheme.
The successful candidate will have a person centered approach and will have experience of recruiting and managing a team of volunteers. They will have a flexible approach to work and a can-do attitude.Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential, as is experience of managing a team of volunteers.
You must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
